The Strokes

The Strokes are a band of rising popularity in my Ipod, they are very influent as they represent a new branch of bands of the indie genre. They came to the scene in 2001 with This is It containing their famous song Last Nite. After this came "Roo on Fire" whith the masterpiece "Reptilia". Their next album was released in 2006 with the title  First Impressions of Earth. In 2011Came out Angles which reached to a wider public and contains songs known to eveyone like Under The Cover of Darkness and Machu Picchu. The Strokes are a group that has influenced other bands with their style and have had a great support from the public.
